Disclosure for new users making account

When portfolio data is uploaded for use in our 3D Optimisers, the data is saved for your future use. This data is saved on our server in a database and visible only to our administrative developer. To ensure there is no conflict of interest, no portfolio management personnel have administrative access to the database. We have put in place security and organisational controls to protect data from unauthorised access, as outlined below.

Procedure for creating new admin users:

Any request for administrative access must be formally approved in an appropriate governance forum with recorded minutes such as the Risk Committee and approved by the RCCI and at least one other senior manager not involved in portfolio management.
